Year 50 Revitalization Project
In 2024, we began a multiyear revitalization project focused on enhancing turf and bunker conditions. This includes re-grassing tees, fairways, and greens with a new drought-tolerant hybrid Bermuda grass, which will improve turf coverage while promoting responsible water stewardship.
While the overall layout of each course will remain largely the same, you may notice new features and improved playing conditions as we also address areas with inadequate surface drainage.
The front nine holes of the Palm Course were completed in 2024, and the front nine holes of the Pine Course were completed 2025.
In the coming years, we look forward to improving both back nines and may explore temporary course rerouting as this ongoing project progresses.

We’re excited to share that the resurfacing and bunker restoration project on the back nine of the Pine Course is progressing nicely! Thanks to the hard work of our golf course maintenance team and project partners, we continue to make excellent progress.
While the overall character of the Pine Course remains intact, you’ll notice several exciting enhancements throughout the back nine. We’ve repositioned a few bunkers and made adjustments to several greens to improve playability.
One of the most noticeable changes is on the infamous Pine 15, where the redesigned green is contoured toward the fairway for a more sensible approach shot.
#15 PINE FAIRWAY: Sprigging & drainage work on the fairway
#12 PINE: Sprigging & sodding on new tee surface
#18 PINE TEE BOX: New view
